We’re filming The French Country Kitchen (working title) on-location at the stunning Maison Maitland, an 1828 manor nestled on the banks of the St. Lawrence River.

Join Chef Cynthia Peters in her own kitchen as she brings French-inspired dishes to life using the finest seasonal ingredients from local farms and producers.

Agostino Entertainment is excited to announce, “The French Country Kitchen” (working title), a new culinary series which has officially been greenlit — and production is now underway.

Set along the banks of the 1000 Islands and hosted by Chef Cynthia Peters, this series celebrates the spirit of French country cooking while showcasing the local ingredients, flavours, and passionate makers of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville area. From farm-fresh produce to artisan cheese, every episode will highlight the beauty of simple French cuisine, with a local twist.

The TV series is slated for a national release in late fall of 2025, premiering on Bell Fibe TV1.

There is beauty in everything, if you look at it the right way. That is how a Cinematographer's mind works. How they capture that beauty is their talent.

Our Cinematographer Joe has been capturing beauty for Television series, documentaries, national TV commercials, and literally hundreds of marketing campaigns over his time with VIVA Productions.

While working with us, Joe has flown to France, Belgium and coast to coast in Canada to Halifax and Vancouver. As well as across Ontario, Quebec and in the US.

Today he celebrates 9 years with VIVA Productions! Thank you, Joe, for capturing beauty, dancing with pressure and even with the travels, making us your home. Happy Anniversary!

Grabbing a hold of chaos, creative ideas, and human connection and giving them organization, structure and purpose to tell a story. That is what a Producer does. And our Producer is pretty awesome at her job.

Over the past year alone Melissa has produced two television series, multiple national TV commercials, various projects and productions in multiple cities in Italy and France and Belgium, as well as Vancouver, New York and throughout Ontario!

Today Melissa is celebrating six years with us, and oh my how she has grown! We love that you love what do Melissa, and that you are great at it! Happy Work Anniversary!
