Lots of fun making this documentary-style real estate tour a couple months back. These guys took on a real fixer-upper, but know how to make the best of it, and turn a profit.

I had complete creative freedom on this project, so it really helped that these clients were extremely laid back and not afraid to make jokes. It made the editing enjoyable and gave me nostalgia for some of the old home make-over shows I used to watch!
