has a big problem coming this report was done in 2017 and NOTHING has been done about it but to offer a cash payout to victims because their case will never be seen. Is that okay with you? What would you do to speed up the court system? Where is the common sense?

1.). Stop using over qualified people for the little things. Does a judge HAVE to sit through traffic court or divorce court or could we appoint a mediator to free the judges up for more important court time?

2.) was night court just a TV show in the 80’s or why couldn’t we do traffic court at night?

3.) are we not considering using AI in divorce proceedings like other places have.

4.) we use Video conferencing to allow incarcerated people to appear in court why not allow regular cases to use the same technology?

WHAT IS YOUR IDEA?

It has to be better than the current course of letting ra**sts and murderers walk free because their “Right to a speedy trial” is violated!!

Justice isn’t just it -is when are you going to make your voice heard? What can you do about it? Are you a user? Post a -is and help Spread the word until someone listens. Let someone see what Injustice is being served up by the and any who decides, that to help the problem of not enough court space, to give money to the victims to pay for counselling? What? Yes that just happene in our country. In this country, if charged with a crime you can just drag out charges long enough they will be dropped. Cheaper than a lawyer for sure. Please share before the criminals do.

Restoring justice to Canada’s clogged courts system

Did I just understand the news right? Did we really just hire 20 more prosecutors and no budget for court space or extra judges? Then the -is system just bragged about paying out more to victims by increasing how much we pay on a speeding ticket? Not sure if I’m boiling down the Government’s “Feel good about going backwards” speech, but isn’t that basically paying off the victim with more of our money to get more counselling after they do NOTHING to fix the problem of long wait times in our court system? So wait. . . . If we pay our to convince victims from pressing charges then that same fee added to all traffic violations stays with the . . . . Hmmmmm. . . Oh and now the government is standing behind this and saying “Just pay them more to get over it.” Justice isn’t Just . . . It -Is and anyone a part of the movement are going to feel extra violated when offered money to go away. Sorry our courts are over flowing, we are letting ra**st go so their right to a speedy trial isn’t violated. Hey government, do what any business would do if they were faced with such a backlog that it’s okay to let RAPISTS walk free . . . Open 24/7 and start DOING YOUR JOB and fixing the broken system. Hire more people. Put lawyers in charge of divorce court and free up judges for real trials. Traffic court could easily be “Night court”. TRY! I DARE YOU try and tell me why we should support a current system that -is and let’s Ra**sts walk free? Come tell me why a speedy right to trial outweighs ra**ng another human being. Time to stop ✋ the nonsense and fix the problem. If not, the next time one of these people walk free and reoffend someone who is supposed to make sure that doesn’t happen needs to be held responsible for their inaction that lead up to the re offending. Justice isn’t “Just” it -is time to hold accountable those willing to coerce and bribe victims to keep silent instead of DOING YOUR JOB!

We all know someone who could shock us all with stories of un-Justice. Justice isn’t just it -is could you imagine how strong you would have to be to agree to drop charges of being r***d because the court system process would take so long? How could you even say that to another human being? What? It -is the system we work within. It -is the reality nothing will happen to him. How can the be okay with this? How can a woman be violated like that and then not even have a female officer to speak to? Is “It -is the system we work within enough of an excuse? I know the hold their members to a higher standard, but if a member “Convinces” a woman not to press charges, and that offender walks free, if he reoffends shouldn’t that fall on that member to be responsible for not doing their job? If someone doesn’t step in, these offenders are learning nothing will happen to them. -is needs to be the next step in the movement.

Please help spread the word. -is needs to be as big as the movement. Sure these high profile cases get seen but how many people that you know that had the courage to come forward just to have the protect the Ra**st? The courts are so full, the Police pressure victims into not pressing charges because it is just a “Waist of time”.
