Second shot of the sun. This is 500 stacked shots. You can see the small black dots, those black spots on the Sun are called sunspots, which are temporary, cooler, and darker regions on the Sun's surface caused by intense magnetic field activity. These strong magnetic fields emerge from the Sun's interior, disrupting the normal flow of hot plasma and inhibiting convection, which cools the local area. While still incredibly hot, sunspots are significantly cooler than the surrounding photosphere, making them appear dark by comparison.

I have recently acquired the DWARF 3 Smart Telescope and it is a game changer. This is a composite of 150 shots of the sun taken this afternoon. I am eager to see its performance with the moon and various galaxies.
