Your content needs to have PURPOSE. Every single piece of content should be for a reason. Does your content provide value? Is it shareable? Will people want to save it? These types of metrics boost reach more than likes and comments.⁠
⁠
If you're posting just to post, your audience will likely be able to tell and not only could it lower your engagement score but your reach could decrease from consistently posting poor content and you WILL face burn out.⁠
⁠
Instead you need to be posting what people like or want to see, not what you want. This is why I make sure I have content pillars set in place for all my clients and every post has it's own mission.⁠

Thank god it’s Monday 🙌🏼

I used to get the Sunday scaries all the time, dreading the workload that’s been waiting for me all weekend. But then something magical happened and I was able to shift my mindset.

I now look forward to Mondays more than any other day of the week (ok fine minus Friday, Saturday, Sundays but those don’t really count).

Weekly Monday morning meetings, catching up with my clients, staying on top of content creation & scheduling, and lastly picking up hobbies like investing & listening to podcasts (the stock market opens on mondays and new episodes of my fav pods drop during the week) have really kept me motivated and allows me to look forward to the grind.

Life’s too short to be hating Monday’s. That’s like automatically being negative for 52 days of the year. If you hate what you do, you probably should be looking for something else 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just food for thought as we enter March. Happy Monday y’all 🍑

I'm here to tell you that people don't have short attention spans. We finish 3 hour long episodes and binge watch 14 hour shows (I'm currently on Animal Kingdom).⁠
⁠
What we do have is short 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 spans, meaning we must be hooked quickly. Don't fear making great, in-depth content if it provides value but do ensure that your first impressions are everything.
