I made this post in my private group on Facebook for business owners and wanted to share here as there’s a lot of noise about the YouTube restriction on AI content.

Here’s what we know so far; TLDR no need to panic!

It’s not a blanket restriction on AI content but mass produced, low quality, automated AI content.

➡️Think voice over animated videos that are repurposed, sliced diced and reposted with the same content and not giving an original take. Some accounts were using automations to farm this content out en mass.

➡️You’re allowed to use AI and still be monetized if it’s unique to you. Hope this helps!

➡️More guidance from YT coming closer to July 15th.

✅As an aside, as an SEO pro I’ll say Google has been doing this with SEO for the last 20 + years. Making updates to prioritize higher quality content and devalue automated tactics that ‘unfairly’ rank at the expense of user experience. We will likely see more platforms adjusting what they do and don’t want content wise and we will have to adapt as that evolves.

✅It will be ok! Always room for creativity and originality. I see AI as an enhancement to human creativity and I know I’m not alone in that with the sheer talent in this community!

I don’t know who needs to hear this but, you don’t need to wait until you’re x size to show up online‼️

Confidence is an inside job. For a while I had been buying into the lie that I needed to look a certain way before I could start showing up consistently in my business, never mind in photos.

I’d also feel the need to explain ‘why’ I looked the way I did. Pregnant, IVF hormonal weight, long commutes, no time anymore, little sleep. And you know what? I felt worse after explaining because people didn’t mind in the first place and my self-consciousness was showing. Cue the shame.

People are worried about themselves. And while I was hiding I was also missing out on giving myself love in the season I was in. I also missed out on opportunities in business - not starting, waiting for perfection. Focusing on myself instead of serving others.

Slowly I started to heal how I was thinking. Reminding myself fear & anxiety (over being judged, being seen) is not from God. I worked on my interior life & the rest started to fall into place. Now being in my 4th trimester, I’m focused on healing & taking it a day at a time.

Once my sleep is aligned you may see me make the odd health & wellness post to take you on my journey. It is still a goal of mine to achieve better wellness but I am approaching it with happiness that I get to focus on me now (vs fertility treatments) instead of letting my present state keep me small.

I hope this offered some encouragement to someone who needed to hear it. 💞🤗

In a world of faceless instagram accounts, AI twins popping up creating content for you, 2025 and beyond is STILL the year of the personal brand.

For those who are daring to take up space, own your niche and make big moves personally and professionally, I see you. I applaud you.

You know AI is a tool, it could never replace what makes you, you. Now isn’t the time to hide, it’s the time to be loud about what makes you stand out from the crowd.

If this isnt what you’ve been doing (yet) don’t worry. The way forward isnt complicated but it requires self-trust and action.

These sorts of shifts signal alignment with your own identity making it easier for those who are unquiely meant to work with you, find you and choose you from the crowd.
