Damiano has been around the studio since the early days. He’s seen the experiments, the adjustments, the small wins, and the moments where things weren’t always smooth, but he kept showing up because he believes in speaking up.

Meet Charles.

Founder & CEO of Speak Up Studio.
The face behind the vision.

But titles don’t tell the full story.
Some mornings start at 5AM at the hospital with my dad.
Some days are filled with family responsibilities before I ever step into the studio.
Some sessions run over time. Plans shift. Things get messy.

And I wouldn’t trade it.
I don’t build for ego.
I build for impact.
For family.
For legacy.

I’m building this so one day my parents can rest.
So growth feels abundant, not consuming.
So success expands my life, not replacing it.

You’ll see the polished sets.
The lighting.
The conversations.

But behind it all is purpose.
Still building.
Still growing.

Still having fun building the sandcastle.
