On this International Women’s Day, we take a moment to honor the quiet courage of so many women. 💜

Every day, women move forward with strength despite challenges that are not always visible, silent pain, little-known diagnoses, and personal battles often carried in private. Yet they continue to love, to build, to support others, and to rise with remarkable resilience.

Today is also an opportunity to create space for conversations and solidarity around realities that affect so many women, but are still too rarely discussed. Because awareness, shared stories, and education can transform isolation into community and pain into hope.

It is in this spirit that “Embracing Life Beyond Fibroids” was written, a book that gives a voice to women navigating these challenges and reminds us that it is still possible to live fully, with dignity, knowledge, and support.

To every woman fighting an invisible battle: we see you, we honor you, and we stand with you. 🌸

En cette Journée internationale des femmes, nous prenons un moment pour honorer le courage silencieux de tant de femmes. 💜

Chaque jour, des femmes avancent avec force malgré des épreuves que l’on ne voit pas toujours : des douleurs invisibles, des diagnostics peu connus, des combats menés dans l’intimité et souvent dans le silence. Pourtant, elles continuent d’aimer, de bâtir, de soutenir les autres et de se relever avec une résilience remarquable.

Aujourd’hui, nous voulons aussi ouvrir un espace de conversation et de solidarité autour de ces réalités qui touchent tant de femmes, mais dont on parle encore trop peu. Parce que la sensibilisation, le partage et l’éducation peuvent transformer la solitude en communauté et la douleur en espoir.

C’est dans cet esprit qu’est né « Vivre pleinement malgré les fibromes », un livre qui donne une voix à celles qui traversent ces défis et qui rappelle qu’il est possible de continuer à vivre pleinement, avec dignité, information et soutien.

Juillet approche, et avec lui, le 21, la journée, de sensibilisation aux fibromes. Il est essentiel de rester informé(e) et proactif(ve) concernant sa santé et ses proches touchées par les fibromes.

Les fibromes peuvent affecter tant les femmes et les hommes indirectement. Voila pourquoi je partage mon livre, un outil précieux et allié, vous aidant à prendre le dessus et à contrôler votre vie et votre santé. Sensibilisons-nous ensemble et encourageons-nous à être vigilants. .
