New release: Curious Mechanisms
After nearly eight years of collecting and recording uncommon machines, tools, and kinetic oddities from workshops, museums, and unexpected places around the world, we’re excited to share a new library that has been in the making for a long time.
Curious Mechanisms is all about unusual textures and characterful movements. Inside you’ll find delicate ticks, unstable resonances, gritty rotations, tonal rattles, unpredictable springs, and many other mechanical voices that are hard to find anywhere else. It’s designed as a source of inspiration for sound designers who enjoy shaping and transforming raw material into something fresh.
