We had an incredible time working alongside Sound Barrier Entertainment to power the mainstage at the Calgary Ukrainian Festival this year! It was an honor to provide the audio and lighting that brought the vibrant performances and heartfelt music to life.
This festival holds a special place in our hearts, especially with the growing number of Ukrainian immigrants finding a new home here in Alberta. Events like the Calgary Ukrainian Festival are more than just a celebration of culture; they're vital for fostering community, preserving heritage, and providing a sense of belonging for those who have recently arrived. Get ready for one of Calgary’s most vibrant cultural weekends! Here’s all the key info you need before heading to the festival 👇
📍 Location:
Acadia Recreation Centre
240 90 Ave SE, Calgary, AB
🗓️ Dates & Hours:
Saturday, June 7 — 10:00 AM to Midnight (evening Zabava at 9 PM!)
Sunday, June 8 — 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
🎟️ Admission:
• Adults — $5 per day
• Kids (5 & under) — FREE
• Tickets available at the door (cash or card accepted)
🧳 What to Bring:
• Comfortable shoes — you’ll be dancing!
• Appetite for borshch, varenyky, and sweet treats
• Some cash (some vendors may not accept cards)
• Good vibes, your family and friend
🎉 What’s Happening:
• 2 Stages: Kyiv Stage, Lviv Stage
• Live music, traditional dance, and performances
• Ukrainian marketplace with handmade goods
• Kid’s zone
• Brand new photo zone and our official festival mascot
• Saturday night Zabava with live music until midnight

• Квитки доступні на вході (приймаються готівкою або карткою)
