Here's a cheap recipe you can enjoy as you complete your finals!😋

Brooklyn’s Cheesy Red Sauce Pasta 🍝🧀
Brooklyn is a third year culinary student!👩‍🍳

Ingredients:
🍝Pasta: Macaroni or preferred pasta.
🍅Sauce: Preferred store bought red
sauce.
🧀Cheese: Sharp cheddar.
🍄Optional: Feel free to experiment and
add anything from Italian sausage to
crispy onions and mushrooms.

Directions:
1. Cook pasta in boiling water. Time will vary depending
on pasta type so read box instructions.

2. Take sauce and pour it in saucepan while cooking the
pasta. Bring it to a boil, reduce heat until sauce gently
bubbles. Add any extra ingredients you may want. Keep
simmering for 10 minutes until reduced and thickened. Toss
with pasta.

3. Shred desired amount of cheese and mix it in with pasta,
finishing it off with a layer of cheese on top.

You can rent a variety of rooms in the instructional building. The rooms are large so you can utilize group studying tactics.

The Learning café located in the Buchanan Library has a whole bunch of resources like computers, screens and whiteboards. perfect for presentation practice!

3. The Buchanan Library 🤫
Who would’ve guessed that a library is good for studying? But our library also is home to breakout rooms you can rent to get distraction free studying.

4. Founders Square 🥤🥪
While it may not be the quietest setting, it can be a rewarding one. the cafeteria is right there so you can fuel your brain while you study.
