ဒီနေ့တော့ ကျွန်မ စားနေကျ Cranberry အကြောင်းမျှဝေပါရစေ။ Cranberryဟာ အမျှင်ဓာတ်ကြွယ်ဝပြီး ကျန်းမာရေးအတွက် အထူးကောင်းမွန်တဲ့အသီးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အချဉ်အရမ်းကြိုက်တဲ့ကျွန်မအတွက်တော့ ကနေဒါမှာက မြန်မာပြည်မှာလိုအချဉ်နဲ့ပက်သက်ပြီးအသီးပေါပေါများများမရှိလေတော့ ဒီအသီးလေးရှိနေတာကိုက ပျော်ရွှင်မှုတခုလိုပါ။ မူရင်းအရသာကတော့ အချဉ်များပါတယ်။ မရမ်းသီးထောင်းလို ထောင်းစားလို့လည်းရသလို အခုလိုလေး ဆား၊ငရုတ်သီးမှုန့်၊သကြားအနည်းငယ်နဲ့သုတ်စားရင်လည်း သူ့အရသာဟာ မက်မန်းသီးနဲ့ဇီးသီးပေါင်းစပ်ထားသလိုလေးပါ။ ဒါကတော့ Frozen ခဲထားတဲ့အထုပ်လေးပါ။ September October လတွေမှာတော့ Farm ကထွက်တဲ့ လတ်လတ်ဆတ်ဆတ် cranberry လေးတွေကို Super Market တွေမှာဝယ်ယူရရှိနိုင်ပါတယ်။

ဆောင်းရာသီ နှင်းကျတဲ့နေ့မျိုးတွေမှာ ခရီးသွားလာတဲ့အခါ အချိန်စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုကလည်းအရေးကြီးတဲ့အရာတခုလို့မြင်မိပါတယ်။ တနေရာနဲ့တနေရာ သွားခါနီးတိုင်း ၁၀မိနစ်၁၅မိနစ်လောက်ကို နှင်းရှင်းဖို့အတွက်အချိန်တခုအနေနဲ့ ကြိုတင်တွက်ဆထားဖို့လိုပါတယ်။ ဒါကတော့ နှင်းအရမ်းကျတဲ့နေ့တနေ့ပါ။
