Have you ever had that moment when you realized that you'll never need your old size again?

The clothes in this bag no longer fit and never will again, so off they go to Goodwill so that someone who needs them can add them to their wardrobe.

A reiki master I once knew said "you can't take clients further than you can take yourself", do I'm walking the talk.

I’m excited to share that I'm moving from my home office into a new professional space at Central Wellness, 659 Central Avenue, London.

Starting September 2nd, all in-person hypnosis sessions will take place here.

When you arrive, simply come inside, take a seat in the waiting area, and I’ll come out to greet you at your appointment time.

The area beyond the waiting space is secure, providing a safe and private environment for your sessions.

For those who prefer the comfort of home, I will also continue to offer online sessions.

They put those sweet treats by the magazines at the checkout line and they can be tempting while you're waiting for your order to be cashed out.

Avoiding the chip aisle used to be a problem for me, so I had hypnosis to help with that, and it worked. But waiting at the cash register, those were just too tempting.

So, I use the self-check out. As of today they haven't figured out how to place candy and chips there yet.
