Hello friends..... It's Cosimo Crupi here.
Or as some call me 😁 GizmoTheSynthman.
Needless to say after moving around place to place, these last few years were quite the roller-coaster....
I've finally found a place to call my own home last November. Now being able to permanently set up shop to work from and slowly customize to my liking, I felt it was time to stop flying under the radar, working by word of mouth. I figured it's time to put my name out in the field somewhat and finally expand my work in all the different genres I've been influenced by in my musical past. Time to push forward.....
I've been blessed to be playing music live for almost 45 years. Recording session work here and there at various studios over the past 40+ years. Lately I've been producing quietly a little bit in the community over the past few years of and on, familiarizing myself with all the software and Plug-ins used in this digital era and the new tricks of the trade. Working most recently with music consultant Lenore Kay who edits music numbers for Figure Skating notorious choreographer Lori Nichol for the world skating Championships/Olympics competitions.
I've been very fortunate to have learned a lot along the way from longtime good friend and mentor Fred Duval at Powerlines Studios over the past 25+ years. Helped out quite a bit 👍.
All the bands I've been involved with over the years- More Action, The Tynes, OsAguias, Harmony, Colour Scheme, Lost Keyz, Diablo Rise, Latin Heart, Laura Lee Montgomerie band, Doctor Rock, Eclipse, Starlight, RandomPlay, Sangue Lusitano, Wojo, Jimmie Jive Five, and currently with Unique Touch. Awesome times....
Special thanks to Milu Pacheco for keeping me involved over these last few years with the odd project here and there to help keep me on my toes, keeping me working to help put back in my ever expanding studio. Than you for your patience. And Evanson Chung for your support and opportunity to reconnect and work with Milu, Sarah, Michelle, Isabel, Stephanie and the ever growing list of artists. I look forward to serve you any which way I can...
