After 5000+ weddings, here’s what we know works! Open your dance floor early (and keep it open), keep your bar close, feed your guests, create an inviting atmosphere and set the tone by being on the floor yourself!

Before diving into wedding planning be sure to lock in your guest list, even if it’s a rough number.

Your guest count sets the tone for everything, especially your venue. If the space you love can’t hold your list, you’ll either have to cut people or find a bigger venue. Same goes with a smaller guest list, you don’t want a huge space that will overwhelm and lose that intimate feel.

And if you have a dream venue in mind, you may even need to be flexible with your date depending on their availability. That’s why making your guest list comes before anything else, it’s the foundation your whole wedding day is built on.
