I support behaviour professionals and their clients behind the scenes — so you don’t have to carry everything alone.
That means holding day-to-day operations and being a behaviour-literate filter for client communication and questions. I help triage, respond, and move things forward calmly and thoughtfully, so fewer decisions, explanations, and emotional spikes land on your plate. Your clients feel supported and contained, and you get to stay focused on clinical work instead of constant interruption.
I work as an embedded support partner — someone who understands behaviour, context, and nuance — not a task-taker who needs handholding. The goal is always the same: smoother client experiences, clearer communication, and a practice that feels steady rather than reactive.
Because this kind of work requires depth, trust, and consistency, I intentionally take on a small number of clients at a time. That allows me to support both you and your clients well, without burnout or urgency. As a result, I’m often in high demand, and new openings tend to come up gradually rather than all at once.
If you’ve been wishing for things to feel calmer — for you and for the people you support — you’re very much my kind of people 🤍
When space opens, I prioritize alignment and referrals within the behaviour community.
Your “finally, not everything falls to me” era starts now.
