✨️ Meet the Team ✨️

Megan was born and raised in North Delta (look at those old school uniforms) Megan has been with Health and Wellness since before we had walls!

She then continued her post secondary education playing collegiate softball as a pitcher at Lake-Sumter in Leesburg Florida and then Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. 🥎

Following undergrad, Megan continued her Doctorate program at Rockhurst University graduating in 2015. 💪

Currently, Megan spends her time off with her two children (aged 7 & 3), her doggo Kacey 🐶, and her fiancé Matt

Megan continues to keep active by working out, hiking, running, crossing country skiing, snowboarding, cycling and hyrox training - all at a mediocre mid 30 year old level 😆

Fun fact: Matt is an RMT at the clinic and Megan and him recently got engaged! 💍

Matt, RMT at Health & Wellness Unlimited

As a formed athlete with a deep understanding of recovery, Matt brings both personal experience and clinical expertise to his practice.

Multiple rods and screws in his left tibia and fibula. Broke both wrists, at the same time. Countless sprained ligaments and strained muscles from years of sport and being active. Nowadays, he spends more time on the other side of recovery, allowing him to focus on helping his patients get back to doing what they enjoy.

As a therapist, Matt enjoys diving into current pain science research and providing symptomatic relief through hands-on techniques like massage, joint mobilizations, and passive stretching.

Now that his baseball days are behind him, he enjoys time spent with family and working to perfect his skate skiing on the cross-country trails at Sun Peaks Resort ❄️

Fun Fact: Matt is the brother of Health and Wellness RMT,Alicia Gauthier and Fiancé of Physio Megan Holm!

"I had always wanted to be a massage therapist since I was little, and I love helping people feel and move better.

After becoming a mom myself I learned about the huge benefits in pediatric care so I've spent the last few years following that passion and adding that training to my practice as well.

Outside of work I value time spent with my obnoxiously large growing family and a good glass of wine."

Bre graduated from UFV with her bachelor of Kinesiology degree in 2009 and have been working as a Kinesiologist for 16 years! In that time bre has worked with really a bit of everything! Cardiac, pre and post joint replacement, chronic disease, broken bones, icbc, brain injuries, athletes…you name it, shes done it!

Bre has a small background in nursing (took 2 1/2 years of nursing school) way back when!

Now that bre is in her mid 40’s, a big focus of her practice has changed and she loves working with the aging population. Women in Perimenopause, menopause and post menopause as well as both men and women over 40! she loves learning about how our workouts change as we age!

Bre played softball for 35 years but in 2020 switched gears a bit so now you can find her with her husband on a golf course, traveling around to find a new course she hasnt played and working on getting that score under 90!

In general, she loves getting out and being active, she has recently learned to do some ocean fishing and crabbing, LOVES gardening and spending time with their four legged fur baby any possible second she can!

At 40 bre was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition and although the lack of energy to workout can be difficult, she finds it is also what gives her energy, what keeps her strong and healthy both mentally and physically, and assists in keeping my body in remission.

DONGGI SEO, RMT

DONGGI is a graduate of Langara College’s Massage Therapy Program. He specializes in a dynamic treatment style—combining Swedish techniques, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations to address soft-tissue limitations.

As a firm believer in active therapy, DONGGI empowers his patients with education on load management and exercise strategies for long-lasting recovery. His passion for movement stems from his background as a speed skater ⛸️, and he remains an avid tennis🎾 and pickleball player today. This lifelong athletic experience gives him a unique understanding of sports-related recovery and biomechanics.

When not in the clinic, DONGGI is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter in Maple Ridge and exploring the outdoors on camping trips⛺️. He is committed to helping you stay mobile, healthy, and pain-free.

Mikaela Smart, DC

1. Mikaela was born and raised in Maple Ridge and attended Archbishop Carney in Port Coquitlam.

2. She then continued her post secondary education running competitive track at Trinity Western. Mikaela excelled at distance running and understand the demands of running on the body! 🏃‍♀️

3. Following Trinity, Mikaela headed south or Portland to attend University of Western States to receieve her doctorate in Chiropractic. 🦴

4. Currently, Mikaela enjoy spending her weekends with family, friends, her Fiance Tanner, and her Dog Beau 🐶

Pop in to the clinic on Tuesday evenings, Wednesday evenings, and Satrudays to welcome Mikaela to our team! ❤️
