We are starting to do satellite review for storms where we didn’t get reports or not enough reports to warrant a survey. This typically turns up a number of new events.

The NTP has confirmed two new confirmed EF2 tornadoes and an EF1 downburst in AB on July 28, as well as an EF0 area of damage where the classification could not be determined from satellite imagery alone.

We Captured This Warned Supercell Near Baldwinton, Saskatchewan, Canada On July 4th, 2026.

This Storm Was Rotating HARD At The Surface. Thankfully No Tornado Dropped As There Were Local Communities Nearby!

The NTP has confirmed four tornadoes in Manitoba and Saskatchewan on August 30. Three tornadoes occurred in Manitoba, including an EF1 at Kola, an EF1 at Elkhorn and a second EF0 tornado at Elkhorn.

Ratings were determined via NTP ground and drone surveys. The Saskatchewan tornado occurred at Maryfield and caused no damage, so an EF0-Default rating was assessed.
