𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐧𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞.
All I can say is: 𝐈’𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐢𝐜𝐤.

Before moving to Canada, I had never even heard of this province.
But it has surprised us every single day with beauty I didn’t expect.
(𝘔𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘣𝘪𝘵.)

As always, I like to pause and reflect on how the month went.
Fully working on the road.
While living and travelling full-time in our RV.

Here’s what stood out:

𝗪𝐢𝐧𝐬
✅ We made it to New Brunswick and spent the whole month here. Still here, still loving it.
✅ Signed a new full-service social media management client. So excited to start with her!
✅ Woke up around 6:30 am most days to meditate and journal. Huge help for my mental health.
✅ Delivered everything for my clients, even with all the driving and moving. This one makes me proud.
✅ Watched one of the most beautiful sunsets in the tiny town of Neguac.
✅ Learned so much history just by reading all the info boards in parks and monuments.
✅ Hiked the Mount Carleton. It was wild and wonderful.
✅ Stayed connected online and kept networking. Had some amazing 1:1 chats.
✅ All my meetings worked out with barely any connection issues. A miracle!
✅ Soaked up the sunshine and dipped my feet in the ocean more than once.
✅ Kept up with strength training. From the RV or at nearby YMCAs. Feeling stronger, biking and hiking almost every day.
✅ Our RV radio randomly started working again. No fixing required.

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬
🔻 Had a few meltdowns over the internet. The signal shows up, but nothing works... and deadlines don’t wait.
🔻 Still figuring out the balance. Sometimes we rush through beautiful places just to get back to the laptop. Trying to be okay with not doing everything at once.

Still loving this life. Still learning every day.

𝐈 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞… 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭, 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭!

Have you heard about the 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐱 (𝐒𝐒𝐈)?

It’s not about tariffs.
Or sales quotas.
Or anything boring, I promise.

I brought it up recently while chatting with someone about LinkedIn.
Total surprise on their face.
I’ve audited a lot of profiles and talked to many entrepreneurs...
and this is a very common blind spot.

So let me explain a bit.

𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐒𝐈 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞?
It stands for 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐱, and it’s LinkedIn’s way of showing your reputation (or that’s what I like to call it) on the platform.

It goes from 0 to 100 and is based on 4 key areas. Each has a more technical explanation inside LinkedIn, but here’s how I like to break it down with simple questions:

1️⃣ 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝
Is your profile complete and written with your ideal client in mind?
Are you posting helpful content that builds your credibility?
Are all the sections of your profile filled out?

2️⃣ 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞
Are you connecting intentionally?
Is your network growing with the right people?

3️⃣ 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬
Are you starting or joining conversations?
Or just posting and ghosting? (I’ve seen a few of those 👀)

4️⃣ 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬
Are you following up and staying in touch?
Are you nurturing your network behind the scenes?
Are you having real conversations in the DMs?

𝗪𝐡𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬:
→ It shows how you compare to others in your industry and network
→ It reveals where you can 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐕𝐄 ← this is key since other platforms don’t guide you like this
→ And when you take action, you’ll see your score shift

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐢𝐭:
Google “LinkedIn SSI Score”, click on the first page
Scroll down, click “Get your SSI score,” and tadaaa!!
You’ll see a screen like the one in my post.

Let me know if you already knew about it, or share what your score is if you feel like it!
And if it’s a surprise to you too… now you know what to improve.

I get it.

Posting as a healthcare provider can feel exhausting:

• You’re building trust.
• You’re protecting your reputation.
• You’re juggling patients, paperwork, and everything in between.

And somewhere in the middle of all that…
you’re expected to create content too?
When nobody taught you that in school?

𝐍𝐨 𝐰𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠.

Here’s what I hear from my clients before we start:

• “𝘐’𝘮 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵.”
• “𝘐’𝘮 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘰𝘬𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘺.”
• “𝘐 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵.”

Sound familiar?

𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠:
Your future patients are online.
Right now.
Looking for exactly what you offer.

They just haven’t found you yet.

You need to show up clearly, consistently, and with care, in a way that feels sustainable.

That’s what I help you do.

I’m a social media manager who understands healthcare.
(Yes, I worked as a pharmacist for 10 years.)
Pharmacy taught me how to break down complex ideas
and make them easy to understand.

Now, I help therapists, dentists, NPs, and wellness professionals show up online in a way that feels both genuine and strategic.

And yes, I take care of the writing, editing, planning, and posting so you can stay visible without the burnout.

But let me tell you this:
If 50 other people do what you do, there’s still one thing they can’t do like you: 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞.

You don’t have to get deeply personal.
You don’t have to overshare.

You can reflect on lessons learned and let your audience see the heart behind the professional.
Especially if you are the one providing the service.

Here are some examples of stories you can share as part of your connection content (𝘯𝘰 𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘳𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘥):

• A challenge you overcame
• Why you chose healthcare
• What made you become an entrepreneur
• A lesson from failure
• A mentor’s advice you’ll never forget
• Your first job
• A big life change
• A moment that changed your mindset
• Someone who inspired you

You don’t need to post them all.
Pick one.
Write about it.
Use it to teach, inspire, or simply help your audience connect with you.
And yes, that’s absolutely aligned with your strategy.

𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲?

𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐈 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐝, 𝐢𝐭 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐮𝐩… 𝐦𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.

This past month traveling through the Atlantic coast has made me a little nostalgic.

It’s beautiful here, no doubt.
But for me, the sea has always meant something different
Hard work. Early mornings. Sore hands. Very little rest.

I grew up on a small island in Chile called Butachauques.
My dad was a fisherman. He even had a boat named after me: 𝘑𝘶𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘢 𝘐𝘐.
And yes, my first job was fishing.

Not the fun kind you do on vacation.
It was cold, often rainy, and sometimes painful.
We’d handle over 1,500 hooks a day, rebait them, and do it all again the next morning.

I was 11 years old.
Out the door by 6 am, back by 4 pm.
Sunburns. Salt burns. Back pain.
But also pride, because I was helping my dad and saving for school.

Now I’m writing this from my laptop, traveling full-time in Canada.
If I told little Julieta this would be her life, she wouldn’t believe it.
She’d probably say, “𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘺.”

I want to thank her.
For being resilient. For showing up. For getting us here.

And I want to remind her (and myself):
We don’t have to suffer to earn a living.
We’re building something different now.
And it’s beautiful.

On the tough days of entrepreneurship, especially when things feel uncertain or I begin to question everything, I come back to this:

I’ve done and overcome so many things, of course I can do this.
And honestly, nothing will ever be as hard as what I used to do when I was 11.

Maybe you needed to hear this today: 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐨.

𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐚 𝐛𝐢𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐝.
𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲, 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟.

Have you ever come across a post that stopped you in your tracks...
because it sounded way too familiar?

Same structure. Same idea.
Almost the same words I had written.

My first reflex?
Panic.
So I messaged my mentor, .biz I needed to talk it through with someone I trust.

Because when you create content, especially when English isn’t your first language, it takes effort.
It takes multiple drafts.
It comes with doubts, and wondering, should I even post this?
And it takes time.

So yes, it stings when someone puts something similar out there without any credit.

In a world of AI, repurposing, and "inspiration", I totally get it.
I use ChatGPT too, to check grammar and help make things clearer. But I always rewrite it to sound like me.

So...
𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐝 (𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐲 “𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝”)?

Here’s what I learned from that conversation with Brittany, and what I’d suggest if it ever happens to you:

✔️ 𝗪𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬
One post might be a coincidence. But if it keeps happening, pay attention, and take action if needed.

✔️ 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐮𝐭 (𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐲)
Sometimes people don’t even realize they’ve crossed a line. A respectful message can go a long way.

✔️ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲
If there’s no apology or resolution, it’s okay to unfollow, mute, or block. You don’t owe anyone access to your space.

✔️ 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩
Your voice is unique. And the right people will notice.

And if you’re the one borrowing someone else’s idea?
That’s okay, but please...

• Tag them.
• Thank them.
• Or send a quick message to let them know they inspired you.

You might even make their day.

I once heard:
"𝘐𝘧 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘱𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬, 𝘪𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘱𝘺."
I’ll hold onto that thought, because maybe it means I’m doing something right.

𝘏𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶? 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘦?

I’m still working with all my amazing clients, somehow balancing full-time RV life and full-time business.

It’s been beautiful and a little chaotic as we’ve crossed Ontario, Quebec, and now New Brunswick. Every few days, we move, set up, adjust, and do it again.

I’m staying on top of client work, showing up online, and building behind the scenes, but it hasn’t been easy.

𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐰 (𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝-𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝) 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐞:

• 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫.
Decision fatigue is real when you’re always moving.
𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘬? 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬? 𝘏𝘰𝘸’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘞𝘪-𝘍𝘪?
I’m learning to stop overthinking, make a choice, and move on. Not everything needs to be optimized.

• 𝐈’𝐦 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞.
I’ve started asking for more help, especially from my partner. Even delegating small things creates space to focus on what matters.

• 𝗪𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐈 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐈 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥.
Yes, I work from the RV, but sometimes a café or a sunny park is all it takes to shift my energy and break the routine.

• 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥.
There’ve been times I pushed too hard. Now I build in breaks and give myself time to recharge.

• 𝐈 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞.
If the internet’s bad, I don’t panic. I take it as a sign to rest or explore, and catch up later. The work always gets done.

Especially for healthcare practitioners and private practice owners who want:
✅ Strategic, consistent content that highlights your expertise and reflects the quality of care you provide
✅ Posts that help the right patients find you
✅ A system that saves you hours (and stress)
✅ A social media partner who actually understands your industry

Even if summer feels slow, this is the perfect time to lay the groundwork for a stronger online presence, so you’re ready when everyone’s back in work mode.

📌 Start by filling out the short questionnaire in my link in bio to see if we’re a good fit.

(It’s quick, I promise, and helps me understand your goals.)

And if you know a healthcare professional who could use this kind of support, I’d be so grateful if you passed my name along.

And June? It flew by.

This one was 𝐁𝐈𝐆:
We officially kicked off our full-time RV road trip across the East Coast of Canada! 🚐🍁

Here’s what stood out:

𝗪𝐢𝐧𝐬
✅ We left Mississauga and made it all the way to Edmundston, New Brunswick, crossing Ontario and Quebec in one month and enjoying every stop along the way.
✅ Had beautiful goodbyes with friends before hitting the road, grateful for the love.
✅ Even with all the driving and moving, I delivered everything for my clients with almost no interruption (proud of this one!).
✅ Spent a sunny afternoon kayaking and paddleboarding for two hours in a small town called Lyndhurst, ON.
✅ Biked 30 km through Quinte West and Prince Edward County.
✅ Feeling more grounded on the road and releasing pressure about when and how I should work.
✅ Celebrated my birthday in Quebec with a massage and a cozy dinner with Aldo.
✅ Kept showing up for 1:1s, networking calls, and staying connected through the Heartwork Collective.
✅ Met a longtime Instagram friend in person in Ottawa (finally!).
✅Client calls from the road? Still running smooth

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬
🔻 The goodbyes were harder than expected. Especially saying farewell to my friend Swetha, who’s moving back to India.
🔻 Our internet ran out one week before the plan reset. Rogers, please.
🔻 Our RV radio died… and with it, our backup camera connection. If you have any ideas, we’re all ears.
🔻 It rained more than we planned for. The RV got wet inside, and despite sealing every inch… we still can’t find the leak.

One month in.
Still learning, still adapting, still loving it.

I’ll be back next month with more updates from the road.

“𝘔𝘺 𝟷𝟻-𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳-𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘯𝘪𝘦𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘮𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘢.”

And that’s OK. I’m not here to judge.
Having support is always a good thing.
But just because someone was born with a phone in their hand doesn’t mean there’s a strategy behind what’s being posted.

Social media for a business in healthcare is not the same as personal posts.
You need the right mix of content to:
• Attract the right people
• Build trust
• Encourage action (book, buy, or reach out)

And I know… you might be thinking:
"𝘑𝘶𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘢, 𝘐 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴."

Here’s the structure I use with my clients to make things more effective.
It’s a framework I learned from .Biz
Let me break it down:

𝟏. 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭
Share your knowledge. You’re the expert.
Answer those questions your patients always ask.
Break down topics.
Position yourself as someone they can trust.

𝟐. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭
Tell your story.
No one else has your mix of values, personality, and experience.
Yes, it can feel vulnerable.
But you get to choose what to share.
People connect with people, and this is what builds relationships.

𝟑. 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭
Yep, you need to sell.
And I know, it can feel uncomfortable
But people can’t work with you if they don’t know how.
Let them know what you offer, how to book, and what’s available.
Make it easy for them to say yes.

Here’s what happens if your content leans too far in one direction:

• Too much 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 → “𝘞𝘰𝘸, 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘴 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘧𝘧!” (but no clue you’re taking clients)
• Too much 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 → “𝘐 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘷𝘪𝘣𝘦!” (but no idea what you do)
• Too much 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 → “𝘚𝘩𝘦’𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨…” (and they stop reading)

That’s why balance matters.

You’ve got a starting point now.
(And yes, you can totally send this to your niece 😊)

𝘋𝘪𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺?
𝘖𝘳 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘯’𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘥?

𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐈’𝐦 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬!

Yesterday, I walked through Quebec City.
The same place I visited 10 years ago.

In 2015, I came to Canada for a 3-month English course.
26 years old.
Zero idea of what was coming next.

I remembered I had a photo from that trip…
and we even recreated it today.

As I looked at that version of me,
I felt proud.

Proud of that Julieta who said yes to her first trip abroad.
Proud of the courage it took to come back again.
Proud of how that decision changed everything.

She didn’t know that 10 years later,
she’d be living a completely different life.
A new lifestyle.
A new career.
A partner who also said yes to a new country.
And a little cat who now travels everywhere with us.
(I adopted Corita just after I returned to Chile.)

And the biggest change of all?

I feel more 𝐌𝐄 now than I ever did back then.
Back when I was living a life I thought I was supposed to live.
Following the “𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵” steps, but feeling out of place.

So today, I’m clapping for me,
for taking chances,
for honouring the version of me that got me here.

If you're a clinic owner or healthcare provider, let’s make sure your social media profile shows what you actually do, and how people can work with you.

Here are 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐬 that need your attention:

📍 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐈𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
Think of this like a front desk at the front of your clinic.
It’s one of the first things people see.

Add links like:
✅ How to book with you
✅ Your intake form
✅ A freebie or waitlist

This section stays at the top of your profile, no need to scroll.

📍 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬
These are the little circles below your bio.
Most people click on them before they even scroll your feed.
But many profiles just have random stuff (or nothing at all!).

Here’s what I recommend instead:

1️⃣ 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐌𝐞 (𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐔𝐬)
A short video saying who you are and why you do what you do.

2️⃣ 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬
Quick overview of what you offer + how to book or get in touch.

3️⃣ 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬
Only if it’s allowed, but if it is, share kind words from happy clients!

And please: make sure each Highlight has real content behind it. Empty circles don’t help anyone.

These updates are quick.
But they help people trust you, book with you, and remember you.
