حیدرآباد میں صحافی برادری ایک بار پھر تشویش میں مبتلا، جرأت اخبار کے بیورو چیف عمران سعید پر مبینہ طور پر قاتلانہ حملہ کیا گیا، جس کے نتیجے میں وہ شدید زخمی ہو گئے۔ زخمی صحافی کو فوری طور پر شدید زخمی حالت میں شاہ بھٹائی اسپتال منتقل کر دیا گیا۔

واقعے کے بعد کوہسار تھانے کی پولیس نے کارروائی کرتے ہوئے ایک مبینہ حملہ آور کو گرفتار کر لیا۔ گرفتار شخص نشے کی حالت میں پایا گیا۔ واقعے کے دیگر پہلوؤں اور حملے میں ملوث افراد سے متعلق پولیس کی مزید تفتیش جاری ہے۔

صحافی برادری نے عمران سعید پر حملے کی شدید مذمت کرتے ہوئے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ واقعے کی مکمل تحقیقات کرکے تمام ملوث افراد کو قانون کے کٹہرے میں لایا جائے۔
