Some collaborations are destined before they’re made. and have orbited each other’s creative worlds for years—contributing individually to shared projects, exchanging ideas across distances, sensing the inevitability of a true union. With « Let It Be Sweet », that long-held vision finally crystallizes into sound.
 The result is a sultry, atmospheric electronic track that lives in the intersection of downtempo, house, and R&B-infused electronica—dark, intimate, and deeply textured. Dummy Splash’s Brazilian-rooted grooves provide a foundation both grounding and weightless, while Arula’s hypnotic, emotive vocals drift through the arrangement like incense smoke. In the darkness of the new moon, when the celestial body completes its cycle and begins anew, we welcome I’m Mady to the Phases collective with his debut EP Schwankschwindel. He offers us a sonic exploration of what it means to sway, oscillate, and find balance within perpetual motion.

Schwankschwindel — German for the sensation of oscillating vertigo, that feeling when the ground beneath you moves in rhythm — becomes a metaphor for the creative process itself. Just as the moon follows its eternal cycle, so too does the groove: repeating, evolving, transforming with each rotation.

I’m Mady’s signature sound is unmistakable. The EP’s two tracks form a perfect duality. The title track “Schwankschwindel” anchors us in that hypnotic sway — percussion patterns and woodwind textures creating a controlled vertigo, a purposeful imbalance that somehow grounds us deeper. Then comes “Sexy” — a harder-edged exploration where slow tech meets tech house attitude. Here, synthesized sound design takes the wheel, building tension through metallic textures and precise, driving rhythms.

Last Friday, we welcomed a collaboration that embodies the cosmic balance between earthly grounding and nocturnal transformation. Kora ( ) and Oiseau de nuit ( ) unite as Hiboux (owls).

This marks a significant moment where Phases Musique and Saisons Musique ( ) intersect. But beyond the convergence of two collectives lies a deeper story — one of mentorship, friendship, and shared musical evolution. When Oiseau de nuit took his first steps in music making back in 2015, it was Kora who guided his way. Their collaboration within Saisons Musique has been a long-standing journey, and Hiboux represents not just a meeting of two artists, but the culmination of years of creative dialogue and mutual inspiration. 
Together, they channel the super moon’s energy — that delicate tension between holding on and letting go, between stability and metamorphosis.
