One thing that a lot of business owners don’t realize is that when you hire a social media manager or strategist, content doesn’t immediately start going up.
If you want your new social person to do a good job, they’re going to need time to do their due diligence, put together a marketing strategy, and batch create content.
(In addition to basic onboarding, account access, brand guidelines, etc.)
So, what does this typically look like?
I ask that my social media clients commit to a three-month service agreement.
The first week is for onboarding, the second week is for strategy, and the third week is for content creation.
Week four is when you can expect content to start going live, and we’ll tweak and improve on our strategy in weeks 5-8.
Our third month of working together is when we’ll really hit our stride (and when we’ll decide if we want to renew your contract).
Good social strategy doesn’t happen overnight. If you want to see growth, you need let your strategist COOK. 🧑🍳
