🧸 MINI EVER BEAR 🧸

I made this adorable version of a classic teddy bear for one of my friends who was looking for an emotional support plushie. It was such a coincidence that she wrote to me as I was getting ready to take a break from boat life to fly back home for a visit with family. I was able to crochet this cutie to life just in time to pack him up before my flight and gave it to her in person, which was a perfect occasion to catch up over an iced matcha. 😊

To make this little bear, I used Ever Bear Mini Lovey pattern with the mod for their mini plushie ebook to give him a stuffed body, to which I added some pellets to give him a comforting weight and a fun texture to manipulate.

Out of the hundreds of plushies I've made, I haven't made very many bears, so it felt nice to make something more classic!

I had the utmost pleasure of testing this magnificent Mermicorn for , and let me tell you how enchanting making this beauty has been! A unicorn mermaid... it just doesn't get any better than that!!

I am totally and utterly enamored with this design, and this particular creation will be mine forever because there is no way I can give her away!

I am thrilled to present the most recent member of my boat crew, Sidney the Hermit Crab. Just like me, Sidney is a seasoned traveler, and his home follows wherever he goes! Just look at him already charting out his next destination. Isn't he just the cutest?

🍓 ITTY BITTY STRAWBERRY POP 🍓

Here's another adorable plush pop I made for my spring markets last year that I hadn't posted yet! This strawberry fidget pop, designed by , didn't stay on the table very long!

I miss selling at markets, but thankfully, I can still get the satisfaction of making children smile and seeing their eyes light up when I give away the plushies I crochet during our travels! 😊

🦐 SHRIMPLY THE BEST! 🦐

These guys are shrimply amazing! I used sparkle yarn to make these shrimp friends extra magical because they were for my acts of crochet kindness. They are already long gone to their new home, with their new family, a little boy and girl who were on a sailboat anchored next to us. I am sure they will go on many adventures!

🦀 PRESENTING KYLE THE CRAB & FRANK THE FROG FIDGET POPS! 🐸

I had the immense pleasure of testing these cute and quirky popping fidget crab and frog plushies for Kate from , and let me tell you, I had way too much fun with them, lol! They are a really quick make, about 1-1/2 hours for me, and provide that instant gratification feeling we crocheters sometimes/often crave! 🤪

The pattern will be released tomorrow, so keep an eye out because I have a feeling these will be a huge hit this summer, especially for markets!

🍄 THROWBACK TO THREE OF MY BEST SELLERS! 🍄

These three plushies were some of my best sellers back when I ran a crochet business, and they just happen to be all from the same designer, Sarah ! I have posted them before, but I feel like they deserve another moment in the spotlight.

There's just something about them, and they all go so well together. I especially love Raine Rainbow in the pastel sparkle yarn!

I will be making these again for sure when I start my business back up after our sailing adventures!

🐴 LITTLE CRITTER HORSE! 🐴

Here's another make I made last spring that never made it on here! I was in full swing market prep, and this is the only photo I ended up taking of this adorable little horse because I was running short on time. I was thinking I'd probably have time to take more after the market, but he sold the same day, so I this is the only souvenir of him I have left, lol!

I made this cutie using a pattern from the Little Critters Farm Pack by . I absolutely adore all of Kelly's Little Critter patterns because they are so tiny and fun to make!

There are so many things I've crocheted that I haven't shared on here, and even though they are over a year old, I feel like they still need their 15 minutes of fame.

This cute little gnome is part of the Itty Bitty Garden Pops collection from , and I made him for my spring markets last year. It wasn't too long before he was snatched up!

🌴 Crocheting Sea Turtle Hatchlings in The Bahamas 🌴

For those of you who weren't aware, I've been living on a sailboat full time for the past two months, and will continue to do so for a few years while we sail around the world. I have had to put crochet aside for a while, but I finally got back to it yesterday!

Even though I have closed my crochet business to embark on this adventure, I still wanted to continue creating little plushie friends that I could use for random acts of crochet kindness.

My first project for this couldn't be more perfect. This is a pattern by for Toby the Sea Turtle Hatchling, and it is sooooo adorable! I want to get at least a dozen of them done, and I can't wait to find some kids to give them to!
