This is not a traditional sales position where simply showing up, making a few calls, or having previous experience guarantees a high salary.

This is a performance-driven sales role.

We are looking for experienced sales professionals who know how to prospect, cold call, write outreach messages, follow up, build relationships and, most importantly, close contracts.

We do not need your résumé.

We do not need a long cover letter.

We do not need a 20-minute explanation of where you worked five years ago.

We need results.

THE SERVICE YOU WILL BE SELLING

You will be selling social media management and marketing services for Lonely Girl Productions Inc.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Minimum activity target: approximately 100 qualified companies contacted per month.

• Full performance target: 20 new signed social media contracts per month.

• Target contract value: minimum approximately $2,500/month per client.

• Every prospecting activity must be documented. We need to be able to see who was contacted, when they were contacted, the method used, follow-ups and results.

• We are interested in closed business, not simply the number of calls made.

COMPENSATION

This role has significant earning potential for someone who can actually sell.

A salesperson consistently reaching the full target can earn approximately $5,000–$10,000+ per month, depending on performance, contract values and results.

At full performance, the earning potential can exceed $100,000 annually.

If you exceed the monthly target, compensation can increase accordingly.

Lower production results in lower performance compensation.

For example, someone consistently producing approximately 10 clients instead of 20 should not expect the same compensation as someone reaching or exceeding the full target.

Exact compensation, commissions, employment status and any guaranteed statutory compensation will be confirmed in writing before work begins and will comply with applicable Québec employment standards.

THE FIRST 3 MONTHS ARE AN EVALUATION PERIOD

Month 1 is about proving that you can produce.

We are not hiring based on promises.

We want to see your actual prospecting activity and your ability to conver
