Angine de Poitrine are set to make their late-night debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon with a performance on Sept. 14.

The performance comes amid a U.S. tour including upcoming dates in New York, Texas and Washington D.C.

The band will be performing shows closer to home on Nov. 6 in Quebec City and Nov. 14 in Montreal.

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon airs weeknights at 11:35pm on CTV 2.

It was a loss that would have destroyed most bands. In February, 1980, on the heels of AC/DC's most successful album yet, and a triumphant tour to go with it, lead singer Bon Scott suddenly died. But encouraged by Scott's family, they rest of the band soldiered on, with a new lead singer and an album dedicated to Bon's legacy. That album ended up becoming one of the two best-selling albums in music history, and the template for all the hard-rock that followed it.

AC/DC’s concert in Toronto on September 16 has been cancelled after Roger Stadium sustained the “severe damage” in last week’s heavy storm. More at CHOM.com.

In a statement shared to social media, Rogers Stadium wrote, “The safety of fans, artists, crew and venue staff remains our highest priority. Every effort was made to find potential solutions for the show to move forward in Toronto, but unfortunately we were unable to find an alternative venue that could accommodate everyone.”

The band is set to play Montreal's Parc Jean-Drapeau this weekend on Sept. 12.
