An employee at Montreal-Trudeau International Airport was seriously injured Monday evening after being struck by an aircraft on the tarmac.
The incident happened around 7:30 p.m. and involved a French Bee plane preparing for a flight to Paris. The employee was rushed to hospital with serious injuries, according to Montreal police.
The incident left hundreds of passengers stuck at YUL for hours. The flight, which had already been postponed from Sunday, eventually departed at around 1:30 a.m.
