Let Loose Remixes is out now on all platforms 🦙🔥

One album born from an open remix contest where [|•{ AKARI SYSTEM }•|]] invited the world in. More than 160 artists submitted their interpretations, and choosing the winners was no easy task. What was originally planned as a Top 10 became a Top 15 because the quality was simply too high.

Progressive, psytech, breakbeat, peak time… the same source material was taken in completely different directions. When a track can travel that far across styles, it may be a good omen.

A huge thank you to all the winners, and to everyone who took the time to submit a remix. 🖤

System Twister EP was made during a short tour break in 2025, where I took the time to build my new studio in the junglish countryside of Mexico, getting lots of inspiration from natural sources such as bent branches and tree textures. I like to say the vibe reflects a little of the natural source, with multiple layers of jungle and forest textures.

The mood itself is a big mix of emotions, but indeed always keeping the positive, fun vibe with a minimal approach in the soundscapes.

Brought to life by Mexican-Chilean composer and sound designer Sebastian Salas, Bent expands the spectrum of his artistic universe, offering a darker, more distilled perspective for dancefloors seeking depth, tension, and cerebral movement.
