The trio concert British New Wave 80s with Modern English, Soft Cell, and Simple Minds did not disappoint Montreal. The further we age away from the 80s, the closer we become as an identity - this music will last forever.

Side note: I was particularly impressed with Modern English as I thought they were more of a "preppy" band. But their early stuff was almost punk like! Definitely will be listening on their earlier music.

We've been involved for 45 years now, And to keep you a secret, has been hell... Thank you Soft Cell for returning to Montreal! Marc Almond had a brain injury 20 years ago from a motorcycle accident. Was in a coma for weeks and had to relearn how to sing. For that, I was impressed with what he delivered.
