🍫 Cold Banana and Chocolate Dessert
📝 Ingredients:
-2 ripe bananas (200 g)
-100 g chopped walnuts or yellow nuts (e.g., cashews, almonds)
-200 g chocolate
-1 teaspoon vegetable oil (optional, for shine)
-Icing (optional, for decoration)
👨‍🍳 Preparation:
-Mash the bananas until they form a puree.
-Chop the nuts and mix them with the banana puree.
-Place the mixture in a small mold, press firmly, and refrigerate until firm.
-Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
-Pour the melted chocolate over the cooled mixture.
-(Optional) Add a little oil for shine and decorate with icing.
-Refrigerate again until the chocolate hardens.
-Cut into portions and enjoy!

🌀 For Bad Odors:
Sprinkle baking soda generously across the mattress. Rub it in and let it sit for up to 24 hours. The longer, the better! Then vacuum thoroughly.
🚫 For Urine Stains:
Soak the area with white vinegar
Blot with paper towels
Spray a stain remover and let it sit for 20 mins
Blot and repeat as needed
🩸 For Blood Stains:
Use cold water to dampen the stain. Blot (never rub!). Mix dish soap with water and gently clean. Use an enzymatic cleaner for tough spots.
✨ DIY Stain & Odor Remover:
8 oz hydrogen peroxide
3 tbsp baking soda

🥘Beef in creamy lemon sauce with olives
🛒Ingredients:
500g minced beef
1 small chopped onion
250ml vegetable stock
150ml cream
Juice and zest of 1 organic lemon
1 teaspoon cornflour
80g olives (approx. ½ cup)
Olive oil Salt and pepper to taste
👩‍🍳Instructions:
1. In a pan with oil, brown the beef.
2. Add the onion and sauté until translucent.
3. Stir in the broth, cream, lemon juice, and zest.
4. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water and add to thicken the sauce.
5. Season with salt and pepper and add the olives.
6. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
7. Serve hot with couscous, bulgur, flatbread, or lemon potatoes.

📝Ingredients:
240g radishes (approximately 2 cups)
1 carrot (grated)
30 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
230g cream cheese (1 cup)
Salt to taste
👨‍🍳Instructions:
1. Wash the radishes thoroughly, remove the ends, and chop them into small pieces.
2. Place them in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, and let them rest for 30 minutes.
3. After that time, drain any liquid they release.
4. Add the grated carrot and sliced ​​garlic.
5. Add the cream cheese and mix everything well until combined.

🍓 NO-BAKE STRAWBERRY CAKE
INGREDIENTS
For the strawberry puree:
400g strawberries
Juice of ½ lemon
100g sugar
For the cream:
400ml whipping cream (minimum 30% fat)
100g powdered sugar
500g mascarpone cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For assembly:
400g ladyfingers or tiramisu sponge fingers
300ml milk
For decoration:
4–5 tablespoons of the reserved strawberry puree
50g grated white chocolate (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare the strawberry puree:
1. Wash and chop the strawberries into small pieces.
2. Place them in a saucepan with the lemon juice and sugar.
3. Cook over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes until softened. 4. Remove from heat, reserve 4–5 tablespoons for garnish, and let the rest cool.
2. Prepare the cream:
1. Beat the whipping cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
2. Gently fold in the mascarpone until smooth.
⚠️ Do not overbeat to prevent curdling.
3. Assemble the cake:
1. Lightly soak the sponge fingers in the milk.
2. In a rectangular or square pan, place a layer of sponge fingers (approximately 9 pieces).
3. Add half of the strawberry puree on top.
4. Spread half of the cream on top.
5. Repeat the process with another layer of soaked sponge fingers, strawberry puree, and the remaining cream.
4. Decoration:
1. Decorate the surface with the reserved strawberry puree.
2. Add grated white chocolate on top (optional).
5. Refrigeration:
Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to blend.
