Boil 5 sprigs of rosemary, and you’ll get rid of an annoying problem

1️⃣ Relaxing foot bath for varicose veins:
Boil 10 sprigs of rosemary in 1 liter of water for 20 minutes.
In a basin, add 3 liters of warm water, 100 ml of apple cider vinegar, 1 glass of coarse salt, and the rosemary decoction.
Soak your feet for 30 minutes.

2️⃣ Anti-aging facial mask:
Boil 4–5 sprigs of rosemary in 1 cup of water for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix 2 teaspoons of oatmeal or rice flour with 1 teaspoon of honey.
Add the strained decoction and mix well.
Apply to the face for 15 minutes, then rinse.

3️⃣ Natural facial toner:
Use the rosemary decoction as a base.
Add 50 ml of food-grade alcohol and mix well.
Apply to the face once a day for a brightening and smoothing effect.

4️⃣ Lotion to cover gray hair:
Mix ½ cup of chopped rosemary needles and ½ cup of chopped sage with 450 ml of water.
Boil for 30 minutes and let it rest for 3 hours.
Strain and apply to the hair, leaving it on for 10 minutes before rinsing.
Repeat the process at least 15 times for best results.
