I get asked a lot. Are you able to contact people who you knew that have passed. The answer is no. But I have learned to read the clues and signs that they are close. . For example. This morning was really hard! I won't get into details. But all of a sudden I had a memory from 30 years ago. I had buried it because it was a source of pain. . My childhood was hard. So long story short my grandparents took me at birth. . They basically raised me. . I was a child who liked to be alone because I always felt different and misunderstood. This one summer day I was sitting on the porch with my nanny. She looked at me and said Dorothy go to the park and play. I said no nanny I don't want to go alone it's not fun. She smiled and said no silly. With me!. I felt very uncomfortable because she was old and had a hard time walking. . She took my hand and we walked down the laneway. She was in a night coat. I remember feeling her hand in mine. I remember thinking wow her skin is so thin. It wasn't a long walk. We got there and she sat on the bench, watching me play on the swings. . I'll never forget the feeling of being loved. Of her love!. I felt like I was the luckiest kid in the world!!. It's a memory I cherish. So I know that she was with me today. . To the only person who made me feel undersood and loved. I love you nanny. Until we meet again. ✨🌠💕
