From October 20 to 22, the 9th edition of HUB Montreal returns to the unique creative space of the 7 Fingers with an ambitious program built around the theme:
“Infinite Possibilities: when humans and technology come together, the power of unity reaches its peak”.

🎯 This year, six cutting-edge panels will spotlight the talent and expertise of Quebec’s creative and cultural companies at the intersection of art, technology, and today’s major social and environmental challenges.

📸 Retour en images sur le vernissage de l’exposition Identités paysagères, présentée au Centre d'art Diane-Dufresne à Repentigny il y a quelques semaines. Identités paysagères présente des gravures de l’artiste Marc-Aurèle Fortin mises en dialogue avec les œuvres de quatre artistes contemporains, autour de la thématique du paysage-territoire et des espaces mouvants, aux suites de l’urbanisation et de l’industrialisation.

Nous avons eu le plaisir d’assurer la direction artistique, la scénographie et le graphisme. Un grand merci à Brigitte Lacroix pour sa confiance tout au long de ce projet.

Un bravo tout particulier à Céline Arnaudeau, scénographe et designer graphique, à Madeleine Bernatchez-Elliott en soutien scénographique, ainsi qu’à Thibault Ilié, chargé de projet à la production, pour leur remarquable travail!

L’exposition est ouverte à tous jusqu’au 28 septembre. Ne manquez pas ce beau rendez-vous!

📸 Highlights from the opening of the exhibition Identités paysagères at the Centre d'art Diane-Dufresne in Repentigny, which took place a few weeks ago. Identités paysagères presents engravings by artist Marc-Aurèle Fortin in dialogue with works by four contemporary artists, exploring the theme of landscape-territory and shifting spaces shaped by urbanization and industrialization.

We had the pleasure of overseeing the art direction, scenography, and graphic design for this project. Thank you to Brigitte Lacroix for her trust throughout this project.

A special shoutout to Céline Arnaudeau, scenographer and graphic designer, to Madeleine Bernatchez-Elliott for scenographic support, and to Thibault Ilié, project manager for production, for their incredible work!

Guinness World Record Alert! 📣

We are really proud to have participated in the The Great Qin show in Xi’an, China. And we are excited to share the news: It has just been awarded the world famous recognition!

The Great Qin is already becoming a groundbreaking cultural tourism experience, but now it’s record-breaking too! It was awarded the Largest Theatre Stage ever produced.

Picture this: the biggest stage ever built for a show. 600 feet in length, and 100 feet in width! The audience feels as if they travel through time and space as the story unfolds forward. It features one of the most complex projection systems ever built. Every moment of this show is about motion, innovation, and immersive storytelling.

Designing all the media elements for this larger-than-life production in Xi’an, China, was an extraordinary adventure for our team. Five years of collaboration with a world-class multicultural design team—alongside our fantastic partners at BlackBow—made this project truly unforgettable.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making history!

Nous sommes fiers d'avoir participé au spectacle: The Great Qin à Xi’an, Chine. Qui plus est, nous sommes ravis de partager cette grande nouvelle:

The Great Qin vient de recevoir une reconnaissance mondialement célèbre: le record Guinness de la plus grande scène de théâtre jamais produite!

Imaginez la plus grande scène jamais construite pour un spectacle : 600 pieds de long par 100 pieds de large ! Le public ayant l’impression de voyager à travers le temps et l’espace au fil du récit. Un système de projection parmi les plus complexes jamais conçus donne vie à chaque moment. Tout ici est mouvement, innovation et narration immersive.

Déjà reconnue comme une expérience phare du tourisme culturel, cette création entre maintenant dans l’histoire en battant des records.

Concevoir tous les éléments médias pour cette production hors norme à Xi’an, en Chine, a été une aventure extraordinaire. Cinq années de collaboration avec une équipe de création multiculturelle d’exception — en partenariat avec nos formidables collègues de BlackBow — ont rendu ce projet inoubliable.

Inspirée de la magnifique nouvelle de Jean Giono et du court-métrage oscarisé de Frédéric Back, cette expérience sensorielle et interactive invite à réfléchir au rôle vital des arbres dans le maintien de la vie.
