It was a privilege and honor for .space to be the official media sponsor of 2025

When I opened the studio, I set out to be an artist and knew that team work and collaboration would be a big part of this.

Truthfully, I had no training in business management and I underestimated how big of a part leadership would be in sustaining and growing a business.

It’s been humbling to realize I didn’t have what it took and needed to seek wisdom and impartation.

I spent a lot of time this year, studying areas that were outside my comfort zone from sales to how to fail well and steward better.

I’m grateful that Haven got to support this wonderful initiative in Quebec, that is part of a global movement, to build up and equip leaders. It is truly so important.

Here are some nuggets I gathered from the day with respective speakers:

Leadership/ management is about reducing irritants that inhibit people from working well. It is about uploading the team’s dignity.
