Beetroot Apple Detox Smoothie, here are the measurements in cups/spoons:
20 g beetroot
80 g apple
5 g fresh ginger: about 1 teaspoon, grated/chopped
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
200 ml water
Blend everything together and don’t strain it, so you keep the fiber.
