And honestly? It sucks.

But let’s be real for a second:

They care if they left feeling more confident than when they walked in.

The sooner you stop selling “balayage” and start selling confidence + convenience, the sooner you’ll attract clients who actually value your work.

Let’s be real: most hairstylists are marketing their services.

Not their solutions.

I see it every day:

➡️ “Soft lived-in balayage”
➡️ “Volume layers for fall”
➡️ “Glossy brunette refresh”

Cute? Sure.

But is that solving anyone’s actual problem?

Not really.

Your clients aren’t walking around saying,

“Wow, I could really use a dimensional root melt right now.”

Nope.

They’re saying:

Let’s talk about the real reason I’m building an online business…

It’s not because I’m “done” with my salon.

It’s not because I want to be an influencer.

And it’s definitely not because I had extra time on my hands (LOL).

I’m building this coaching business because:

⚡ I’ve seen too many talented stylists burn out.

⚡ I’ve watched leaders pour into others while neglecting themselves.

⚡ I’ve lived the hustle, the overwhelm, and the “Is this it?” moments.

And I know I’m not the only one who felt called to do more.

To lead.

To teach.

To change this industry from the inside out.

This work? It’s purpose work.

And it’s not always glamorous.

But it’s worth it—every single time someone tells me:
