Through my new position as vinyl coordinator at Duplication.ca, I was interviewed by Noah Yoo at Pitchfork earlier today about the awful fire at Apollo Masters yesterday. Apollo manufactured @ 95% of all lacquers masters used in vinyl production, and was one of only 2 vendors offering this service, so the fallout here will be extensive. Drop me a line if you have any questions/concerns about getting your vinyl pressed going forward, there are solutions, and most cutting engineers will still have a supply on hand for the time being, please check in with your favs and show them your love. And of course there's also CD and cassette options, which I am now able to offer at direct rates through duplication.ca.

Having personally been in the music biz for almost 40 years, one thing I'm sure of is that the industry will bounce back better than ever!!
