I’m back from Yasodhara Ashram and wow, what an experience.☀️

At first, I wasn’t sure about the place… but the kindness of the people, the beauty of the garden, the amazing food and the meditation practices slowly opened me up. 🪴

I had a breakthrough on the fourth day during a breathwork practice. I felt a wave of euphoria, similar to a psychedelic state, but achieved purely through visualization.

I feel like I’ve reconnected with a part of myself—the part that’s aware of something greater.✨
