What a wonderful and inspiring weekend we had in Revelstoke! 🌧️
Even though it rained, our community showed up in full force to support our Silent Auction Fundraiser, and we raised $1,000 + for kids in need in our community. 💜
We are so proud of our Revelstoke team, who put their heart into this initiative, and we are so grateful to each individual and family who participated, bid, and donated. Your generosity will help more kids in our community create memories that can last a lifetime.
Through the Tom Harris Fund for Families, we are committed to ensuring that the experience of growing up is full of care-free, meaningful, and joy-filled experiences. For too many kids in BC and Alberta, experiences such as summer camp and special adventures experienced in childhood are not always an option because of financial limitations. This is why this fund was created in 2018 - to honour Tom Harris' legacy as a family person and community leader in philanthropy, who also provided children with incredible experiences that they will always remember.
