*Where are the Ministers in PDM Crusade* Why is it hard for NRM District Leaders and Local government officials to meet a Minister.

There are reports coming from villages accross the country as nrm is getting ready for election of its structures that ministers have not played a big role to mobilise and organise people to benefit from Parish Development Modela, NRM Supporters are concerned that ministers left everything to the President. They only go where he is, bribe people to talk about them and that is all. But this is costing our party and development agenda.
They want people to praise them in presence of Muzee. This bribery must stop. I think these ministers must be exposed.

*Is PDM Crusade only for state house Officials and ONC because apart from mzee,they are the only one preaching PDM and some few leaders at NRM Secretariat,but where are the ministers?.*

We have also heard reports from NRM Leaders in the districts who struggles for months to meet ministers. If nrm District Leaders cant get a Minister, who can get ministers for sure.
The ministers have let down the president.
But NOT all ministers are bad, some ministers have excelled in their dockets and people have been mentioning their names voluntarily. Such ministers deserves to be re-elected and re-appointed.
The voters should punish bad ministers and Gen museveni should also take action against them by supporting their competitors in their constituencies.
Ugandans must act now.
_Let for sure tell mzee who the good ministers are and who the bad ministers are_ Let voters know. This is the time
