Easy Cream Puffs!!
These adorable bites size treats are ready in under 30 minutes and take only a few simple ingredients! Wow your guests by making these super flaky and buttery puff pastry cream puffs filled with whip cream, sliced berries and jam.
-Thaw one sheet of store bought puff pastry
-use medium round cookie cutters and place rounds onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- egg wash the tops of each pastry round
-cook for 18-20 in a 400 degree preheated oven
-let rest for a few minutes before transferring to a wire wrack to fully cool
-slice cream puffs in half
-fill with home made or store bought whip cream slices of berries
- add a dollop of jam (I used E.D Smith Raspberry jam), and top with fresh raspberries! 😋
-dust with icing sugar
