Easy Cream Puffs!!
These adorable bites size treats are ready in under 30 minutes and take only a few simple ingredients! Wow your guests by making these super flaky and buttery puff pastry cream puffs filled with whip cream, sliced berries and jam.

-Thaw one sheet of store bought puff pastry
-use medium round cookie cutters and place rounds onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- egg wash the tops of each pastry round
-cook for 18-20 in a 400 degree preheated oven
-let rest for a few minutes before transferring to a wire wrack to fully cool
-slice cream puffs in half
-fill with home made or store bought whip cream slices of berries
- add a dollop of jam (I used E.D Smith Raspberry jam), and top with fresh raspberries! 😋
-dust with icing sugar

Your Mother called, she wants you to make this Lemon Loaf cake for Mother’s Day! 😉 🍋 ❤️

Silky Lemon Loaf Cake! The perfect treat for the arrival of warmer weather. This
fragrant, moist cake is topped with lemon glaze and will be my date for tea this morning! 🍋 🍰 😋

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Zest of 2 lemons
- Juice of 1 lemon

For the lemon glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the lemon zest and juice.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. While the cake is cooling, prepare the lemon glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
9. Once the cake has cooled slightly, drizzle the glaze over the top.
10. Allow the cake to cool completely before slicing and serving.

🍀 Loaded Mint Chocolate Chip Brownies
These triple mint chocolate brownies are fudgey on the inside and loaded with crushed Mint Oreos, Andes and Aero Chocolates. A perfect treat for any Leprechaun 🍀 🌈💚

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mint chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped mint chocolate Andes
-1/4 cup chopped Mint Aero bars
-1/2 cup crushed Mint Oreos
-reserve some additional Aero, Oreos and Andes mint chocolate to decorate the tops of the finished brownies. 🍫🍀💚

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Then, stir in the sugar until well combined.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
5. Fold in the mint chocolate chips and chopped Oreos, Aero and Andes mint chocolates.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Hershey’s white chocolate chips
- 1 cup Pastel M&M’s
-1/2 cup white chocolate chips and M&M’s set aside to decorate tops of finished cookies 🍪

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
5. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

These Lucky Charms Cookies are tender on the inside with a great crunch from the cereal. The best part is that the marshmallows become all gooey and toasty. My family loved them!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate Lucky Charms Cereal
-1 cup Lucky Charms Large Marshmallows 🩷 🌈 🍀
-1/2 Lucky Charge mini and large marshmallows reserved to decorate the tops of each finished cookie 🍪

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Trust me. You won’t want to miss out on this simple Sugar Cookie recipe! They come together quickly, require no chilling time, and keep their shape every time! Grab your favourite Bunny cookie cutters and whip up a batch this Easter! 🐣

Sugar Cookie Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
4. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients until fully combined.
5. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness. Use your favorite cookie cutters to cut out shapes.

These delicious cookies are exploding with chocolate chips and crushed Hershey’s Eggies chocolate candies giving them just the right combination of WOW and OMG! Definitely a crowd pleaser and a must for your Easter baking list! 🐰

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Some bunny loves you! 🐰
Take your Easter treats to the next level with these quick and easy Rice Krispy Treats with pastel M&M’s. 🐣 🐇

Ingredients:
- 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 package (10 ounces) of marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons of butter
-1/4 cup white chocolate (melted to drizzle on finished treats)
-pastel M&M’s

Instructions:
1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
2. Add the marshmallows to the saucepan and stir until completely melted and smooth.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and quickly stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and press it down evenly.
5. Let it cool for about 30 minutes, then cut into squares.
6.Decorate with white chocolate drizzle and sets of 3 pastel M&M’s in the shape of a bunny 🐰
