Launched in 2025, Skysong Records is a boutique, artist-founded label driven by creativity and collaboration. Co-founded by JUNO Award-winning and platinum-selling country rockers The Road Hammers (Jason McCoy & Clayton Bellamy), platinum-selling indie artist Dan Davidson, and Calgary-based music champion and business leader Craig Senyk, Skysong brings together decades of experience from every aspect of the music industry. Built on the philosophy of “by artists, for artists,” Skysong Records champions originality, personality, and the indie spirit. Grounded in grassroots hustle and shaped by careers that include award-winning music, major tours, and hall-of-fame accolades, the founding team is leveraging their lived experience to lift up the next wave of Canadian talent. Skysong Records is more than a label—it’s a launchpad, a creative home, and a commitment to nurturing voices with heart, and songs with impact.

Just in time for back-to-school season, Dan Davidson's latest release is one that's sure to tug on parents' heartstrings. ❤️

One of his most heartfelt releases to date, the song is an honest reflection on parenthood, growing up, and learning that sometimes it's the parents who need to let go.

🎧 Listen to "Training Wheels" - the fourth single from Dan's forthcoming album arriving this October.
