Last Saturday, I married my best friend, ... Oui! Je t’aime de tout mon coeur ❤️‍🔥.

Along the sacred shores of the Río Chirripó , with the sun shining brightly above ☀️, cradled by the ancient mountains of Costa Rica, we gathered in a quiet circle of devotion. This land breathes medicine - a living wisdom that heals, remembers, and gently restores what time and noise can make us forget.
 In this Year of the Wood Snake, keeper of transformation, shedding, growth, healing, depth, mystery and rebirth, we honoured the ‘letting go’ of old skins and the awakening of a new path — one that carries us consciously into 2026 and the life unfolding before us.

On this same blessed day, our daughter Florence turned seven months old. She is our luminous reminder that love arrives as spirit first, and then as breath, heartbeat, and song 🎶. This beautiful child is our teacher, our anchor, our prayer made visible 🦋.

We step forward humbled, initiated, and held. I am guided by attuning my human body, mind, and consciousness with the five great elements (Pancha Mahābhūtas) including Earth (Prithvi 🌳), Water (Apas 💧), Fire (Agni 🔥), Air (Vayu 💨), and Ether (Akasha ✨) … I bow to the quiet knowing of my heart 💜🪷🕉️✝️☸️🪷💜.
