Today we gathered around my beautiful SIL and her little babe on the way with a socially-distanced baby shower. I found him here almost an hour ago quietly reading his books. He still hasn’t moved. I mean, I guess I don’t blame him since his mattress is the comfiest spot in the whole house. Whether it’s for a midday reading nook or bedtime snuggle, this spot is a household favourite.
