There is a moment a lot of Toronto condo owners hit.

The elevator. The noise. The realization that the life they pictured is not quite the one they are living. The pull toward more space, a real neighbourhood, streets where kids can actually play outside starts getting louder.

But the commute has to work. Toronto does not disappear just because you move away from it.

Clarkson is one of those places that solves both sides of that equation. GO station to Union. Lakeshore Road with real local businesses. Waterfront parks. Actual square footage at prices that would not be possible closer to the city.

More people are making this move than you might think.
