Making a good product is the easy part.

What nobody tells you is how hard it is to get people to try something they've never heard of. To compete with shelves full of brands that spend more on one ad than you spend in a year. To keep showing up when the numbers don't move the way you hoped.

I still believe in what I make. Real ingredients, no shortcuts, every single batch. That part has never been the question.

There's no point making a healthy product if you don't eat that way yourself.

I started making hummus in my own kitchen as a student, not to sell it, just to eat better. Friends kept asking for more, and that's how this whole thing began.

So when I tell you there's nothing artificial in it, that came from me needing it to be true before anyone else did.

This is lunch between events. Nothing photogenic about it. But it's real, same as what I make. 🤎
