🧡 Today is about truth.

Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with many Indigenous people and helping share their stories. I’ve learned a lot, like did you know lacrosse was created by Indigenous people? I also took the Indigenous Canada course through the University of Alberta because I want to keep learning and doing better.

Today I’m diving into indigenous music. Finding local artists, listening to their songs, reading their stories and showing them some love on socials! It’s definitely been a great way to spend my morning.

I’m still trying, and I know I’ll always have more to learn. My wish is that we all keep trying together…listening, honouring every voice, and carrying these truths with care.
