I don’t need a treat every time I leave the house. I need to plan ahead and eat lunch.

Diet culture taught us to ✨romanticize treats✨ instead of normalizing meals. And that’s hard to unlearn.

This isn’t about earning food.
It’s about basic care.

I don’t deserve a treat.
I deserve to eat a fu***ng real meal.

It works like a charm every time. Just sometimes I’m stubborn & tell myself a workout will make things worse.

WHEN HAS A WORKOUT EVER MADE THINGS WORSE?!?!

Never. Literally never.

Working out in the early morning sets the tone for my day. It makes me a more patient mom, wife & friend. It allows me to tackle whatever the day throws my way. And it makes me feel so accomplished first thing. 🙌🏼✨💪🏼

Cardio:
