West stood beside Crisis Counsellor Traci Bowen, offering comfort to survivors, strength to members, and, in quiet ways, healing to Traci herself. His service reached beyond his role—it impacted her personally, reminding her about the most important things in life.

You took a short summer break. Went on that road trip. Had a few relaxing inspiring moments. Now what?

Travel Integration Tips

1. Give yourself a re-entry buffer.
If you can, avoid diving back into a full schedule the moment you return. Even one spacious day at home can help you let the transformation settle.

2. Reflect before you react.
Instead of rushing back into “catching up,” take 10–15 minutes to journal:
What did I learn?
What surprised me?
What part of me came alive on this trip?

Let the fire of your experience become fuel for your life.

3. Let something change.
Pick one small thing to shift as a result of your travels. It might be your morning routine, how you eat, how you move your body, or how you slow down. Don’t try to change everything—just honor one ember.

4. Ritualize the return.
Take a bath. Light a candle. Unpack slowly. Create a playlist that carries the feeling of your trip. Let your return feel intentional—not just a crash landing.

Because you weren’t meant to come home the same.

Let the fire of your adventure change you—but not burn you out.

So take the trip.
Let it move you. Let it melt you.
And when you return—carry the flame home with care.
