Life isn’t easy. It challenges us, breaks us, teaches us, and some days it takes everything just to get out of bed. That’s why I started 3D Smiles & Co. - not just to make things, but to create reminders that we’re still here, still trying, still choosing our own path.

I made a small “Choose Happy” keychain… never knowing it would reach someone who needed that message as much as I did. He started as a stranger, and somewhere along the way became a friend. A real one.

And today, he turned those words into a tattoo.
Something permanent.
Something that says, “I’m still choosing to move forward… even when life is heavy.”
Seeing that hit me hard.
It reminded me that the little things we create, the little choices we make - they matter more than we realize.

To anyone reading this who’s tired, overwhelmed, or fighting their own battles: Choose Happy. Not because life is perfect…
but because you deserve moments that keep you going. 💛

Nunavut was one of the toughest, most beautiful places I’ve ever known.
Where the cold bites, but the sunsets heal.
Where life tests you, and still teaches you to find happiness in the small things.

I took this photo on a night I really needed that reminder.
It’s been years since then, but I still carry that feeling, gratitude for the little moments that remind us we’re alive, growing, and still choosing happiness.
