When you fall hard on a trick, do you have to struggle to face the fear of trying the trick the next time? I had to do that today and I watched a skateboarder go through the same thing after falling pretty hard then getting back up and landing it.

I look more calm than usual in this video. Maybe it was the quiet cool morning solitude at the Forest skatepark before my ride that helped me feel so relaxed.? Anyway this is a very important message for all people with Tourette’s especially if you struggle to go out in public. Happy Tourette’s awareness month! I love y’all🩵🖕

I like how when I work on my bike, I notice the beautiful details of it that I take for granted on my normal rides. Like these gorgeous pegs☺️I just tuned up the brakes on my other bike. Now my rear wheel spokes on my Quamen are very loose and creaky so wish me luck with truing this wheel while the weather is rainy 🍀
