This past weekend in Embrun, a unique culinary crossover occurred.

is a family owned enterprise that has started serving the greater Ottawa community since 2021. With combined decades of culinary experience, the team surely understands how to offer its clients some of the very best smash burgers in Ottawa!

This weekend, their offerings looked a little different thanks to at . His classic take on fresh, local ingredients offered his guests a truly unique and elevated experience served out of a food truck! Fresh cheeses, delicious lobster rolls, and even 's grandmother's pie was served and it was delicious!
